Luciano helped me realise how simple and easy fat loss was when you truly are driving for it as your main goal and priority.

Initially Ryan wanted to get stronger, but after we discussed his training history and injuries, we agreed that his strength goals will have to wait until we fix his imbalances first.
Ryan had managed to put on 6kg of lean muscle mass while fixing his injuries in the first 6 months of training, being able to squat and deadlift pain free despite having a bulging disc in his lower spine.
We then dedicated 16 weeks to getting lean and Ryan had lost 20kg while still lifting heavy, breaking personal records on his main lifts with no cardio in his routine!

"When I first met Luciano in November 2015, I was a size 14, I was overweight, unfit, lethargic and a smoker. I needed to make a lifestyle change and wanted to improve my health, personal habits and well-being.
