COACHING

4 Week Training Program

 

You will have a 4 week program which will be customised based on your goal, experience and general needs.

Each program will have a new challenge which you will be expected to progressively perform better at.

 

Nutrition Plan

 

You will have your calories and macronutrients customised based on your goal, body type, preferences and lifestyle.

You will be shown what food you should be emphasising and how you should structure your eating plan.

This will be done by tracking your food diary through a food tracking app. This is where you will have your nutrition checked once per week to make sure you are sticking to the plan and reaching your targets.

Weekly Check-ins

​

Your accountability will be checked to make sure you are compliant and progressing on the training program and nutrition plan.

You will be able to ask as many questions as you like about the training program and nutrition plan once per week.

 

Progress Tracking

​

Your body weight, measurements and photos will be taken regularly to make sure you are reaching your goal and making progress at the rate that you should be.

Video Coaching

 

You will be instructed through a movement assessment by a video call. These assessments will be done regularly to make sure you can execute the exercises on each updated program.
This will allow for a more customised program, better suited to your experience level and limitations.

PERSONAL TRAINING

40 or 60 Minutes of Training

 

You will have guidance on how to properly execute exercises, keep up to the standard of what makes an effective workout and pushed to progress on the training program laid out for you. If you are looking to be yelled at with motivational quotes every rep and perform new fancy exercises every workout, this is definitely not for you.

Assessment

 

You will be instructed through a postural assessment and movement assessment. Not only will this allow for a more customised program, but will check for any possible imbalances to improve.
